4.75 Stars. I went to the gym today and jogged on the treadmill. Got 3 of my f/v in which is why there is .75 stars.

3.5 Stars. I got all my fruits/veggies in but 1 so that is the 1/2 star. Other than that I did good with my eating.

I am looking forward to a week of 5s

Last day of vacation. We drove home today. I had cinnamon toast for breakfast. At lunch I had a buffalo chicken sandwich w/a side salad instead of fries. We ate at Denny's and the salad was huge.
I had a few cinnamon bears in the car. I just had some ramen noodles for dinner.

Tomorrow I get to my star ratings.

Day 3 of vacation. I did not do too well today. Cinnamon toast for breakfast. Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich w/fries for lunch. Delicious homemade tacos for dinner.

There was no snacking so that was good.

Day 2 of vacation. I had toast with cream cheese for breakfast. We stopped for gas & I went in tp the store to get Mike & Andrew some oj. I got myself a 12 oz. V8 juice to drink. Then we went out to Hoover Dam. We took a tour and walked around a bit. I was waffle but caved and had an In N Out cheeseburger for lunch. We only got two fries and shared. I got an ice tea to drink. After lunch we went bowling. We bowled one game. It was quite a walk from the parking lot thru the casino to the bowling alley. We had frozen lasagna, french bread & salad for dinner. I did have 5 Oreo cookies with milk for a snack.

I am on vacation so I am not doing stars until I get home. I am going to recap what I did right today. We drove from SLC to LV today. I had shredded wheat for breakfast. We stopped for lunch at a Dairy Queen. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I brought carrots for a snack on the road. I had water with my lunch. I didn't drink a lot of water on the road to avoid too
many potty stops. We had Panda Express for dinner. Mike, Andrew & I shared a three entree meal. I was too busy visiting to have any snacks in the evening.

Tomorrow we have some fun things planned that will require some physical activity.

3 stars today. I am changing one of my stars from good eating to 5 fruits or veggies. I am hoping by being more specific it will help me make my goals.

I did about 2 hours of housework today. Could that count as my exercise??

4 stars today. I did really good with my water intake.

5 STARS today. I hadn't been getting my water in but I have done really well this week.

4.5 STARS It was a beautiful fall day so my friend & I took the kids to the zoo for the afternoon. I got a lot of walking in there plus lift kids so they can see things.

5 STARS today. I am really excited to have gotten all my stars in today. I went to the gym & ran on the treadmill for about 40 minutes. It was a good workout & I was able to job for a longer period of time than I have in the past.
