I am on vacation so I am not doing stars until I get home. I am going to recap what I did right today. We drove from SLC to LV today. I had shredded wheat for breakfast. We stopped for lunch at a Dairy Queen. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I brought carrots for a snack on the road. I had water with my lunch. I didn't drink a lot of water on the road to avoid too
many potty stops. We had Panda Express for dinner. Mike, Andrew & I shared a three entree meal. I was too busy visiting to have any snacks in the evening.

Tomorrow we have some fun things planned that will require some physical activity.
