I am really proud of myself today. I got in 60 oz. of water & 30 minutes on the bike. I also undertook a huge spring cleaning project. I took everything off the top of the cupboards & pantry (where I have the plants). It was a big job but it looks really good.

Mike, Andrew & I also walked to a geocache that was a 1/4 mile away.
